Where is summer going? I can't believe we are halfway through August! We have had some cool temperatures here in Michigan lately, making me wonder if fall is going to be early this year. The garden is producing, and I've been busy canning. Scott planted the garden this year since I was recovering from surgery, and he did an amazing job. I have never had so many cucumbers and bell peppers. I have canned pickles, relish, salsa, and green beans. The tomatoes are getting ready to ripen and then I'll be on to soup and sauce.
I am back at regular videos on YouTube and have several new ones, including todays, which is an update on the Angora goats and how they are doing 1 year in. Head over to my channel and watch it. While you are there, if you don't already, could you please subscribe to my channel? It would really mean a lot to me, as I continue to grow the channel.
SHOP UPDATE
I have also listed all of my raw Mohair from the goats in my shop. They are beautiful fleeces and will make lovely yarns. I will be posting a video Friday on spinning the mohair and I'll be doing some carding with other fibers and spinning that too. Don't miss it! Head over to the shop and check it out.
